The Charleston Police Department invites residents and merchants to complete an online Citizen Satisfaction Survey. We look at this survey periodically to evaluate citizen interaction with officers, dispatchers, records staff, and other members of the department. Please go to http://www.charleston-pd.org/ , click on the Citizen Satisfaction Survey on the home-page and follow the link. It only takes a few minutes.
Please forward to any neighborhood e-mail lists, church or business e-mail lists or other social media you may have access to with persons who might have had interaction with the Police Department over the last year.
Thank you,

Sgt. Shelor
